Jewelry Fit for a Goddess or a Slave?

As previous posts have already demonstrated, I have a thing for rope, string, wool, and wire.  Today I was playing with wire again and over the course of the day made a necklace.

The pendant is hand forged from 12 gauge copper wire and hammered to give it some body.  It is meant to suggest a female form sitting cross-legged.  The chain is made from 26 gauge copper that has been knit in a Viking style.  The clasp and findings are made from 20 and 12 gauge copper.  I'm very pleased at how it turned out.

I'm giving some thought to antiquing this piece tomorrow evening.  Stay tuned.  I'll post more pictures when it is finished.  In the meantime, do you think this piece is better suited to a Goddess or a slave?
